The decision has been announced. The Supreme Court has overturned Roe and Casey in a 6-3 Decision. This is an overwhelming victory for life and for freedom for all, born and unborn, in the United States. Now we need to work doggedly within our states to make sure that life is preserved and the dignity of ALL humans is recognized throughout our country.
The fight is not over. Besides state abortion policies we need to defend life against euthanasia and destruction of the family. If families are strong, our society will be strong. This means MEN need to stand up as fathers!. They need to be MEN; not macho, but men. Encourage your legislators to uphold life!
Roe has not been overturned. It has been modified. The original sections on civil procedure, mootness, and who should pay for abortions, in Roe the plaintiffs wanted federal welfare to pay for their abortions, have pretty much look to have been left alone.
All you da*n Lefties need to READ these decisions that you complain about before you complain. Stop supporting insider traders and thieves like Pelosi, Schumer, Newsom, &c.

You need to explain your logic. The ruling specifically states, “It is time to heed the Constitution and return the issue of abortion to the people’s elected representatives. “The permissibility of abortion, and the limitations, upon it, are to be resolved like most important questions in our democracy: by citizens trying to persuade one another and then voting.”
It seems evident that all limitations, including who pays, etc., now belongs to the STATES!

I am looking for a legal opinion. The whole opinion cites several cases against state laws that were struck down because of what has been determined to be erroneous decisions (Roe and Casey). Now the the Supreme Court has struck those down, do the previously negated states’ laws get reinstated?
